Fritz Box 7590 Störung

Hi, 

 

I am sorry that i need to write in English as my German is writing is not good! 

 

I had changed my interent tarif from 16 Mbps t0 250 Mbps. I was given an appointment that the connection will be active since 27.03.2019 evening 21:00 hrs. But it didnt work as said. I got an sms that the connection is active but my interent was compeltely dead. I called the customer care service and they said that there has been a mistake and that the new spped connection needs a VDSL modem and my old modem will not work . So now I have pruchaed a new 7590 Fritz box modem and it still doesnt work. I called the customer care and he tells me that only a technic person will come on Wednesday. 

 

Its been 4 days without interent and I am unable to do anywork. I am using up my mobile interent connection thru hotspot to write you and am really dissapointed with Telekom. Without interent has really stopped a lot of work for me. What would Telekom do if you guys lost interent connection for 4 days ? How much would that cost url ? can you imagine my problem ? 

 

I request you to find an immediate soltuion for this problem please.

      First of all, is the error registered as such? Please check here;

      Störung.

      What is the statatus after configuring the Fritzbox?

      DSL UP/DOWN

      PPPoE failures in the SystemLog?

       

      Best would be to post a screenshot of DSL Information -> TAB DSL and the systemlog - without personal Iinformation

      Hi, 

       

      I have attached 3 screenshots for your referecne. I have tried everything possible. Befroe the 27.03.19 i had a slower interent connection and it worked fine and now its completely gone after the change in tarif. I also have a Business paket M with my connection. I have filled my kunden number for your reference in my profile data. 

       

      Hope you could fine me a fast solution!!

      Hi, 


      Just for your information: 

       

      The DSL Light is blinking not still. 

      The error shows me only that I must check my cable if it is fixed correctly. I tried with other cables also but same problem. I even reset the modem and restarted but still problem exits. 

      I did a line check thru fritz box and it said that 200 metres the DSL cable seems to be fine and that I must check with the provider.

      Of course, you are entitled to a refund for the period of the incident.

      We should wait until the appointment is over today and get in touch again.
      There is an interruption at our side as I can see from here so far

      Please let me know after the technician has been there.

      Today the telekom technician arrvied in the evening and solved the problem . I am back online now and everything works. He explained that there was a mis match in the connection process outside in the main box and that was the reason behind no connection.
