glasfaser activation link

Hello,
It has been over a month that I signed a glasfaser contract with Telekom and still I dont have internet in my home, as per Telekom emails I had to wait for a technician to come to my home and complete the installation of the glasfaser as this is a newly built house, he came today and told me I only need an activation link in order to finally have wifi at home, I tried to call the hotline but they dont speak english and my german is not good, where can I get this link and how long does it take to finally have a working wifi at home.
PS: I have the glasfaser ID on the dose at home, I have the speedport router that was delivered to me several days ago.

Hello @Louisa G. It is very unfortunate that we still can't receive an activation link, is there anything we can do to fasten the procedure so we have Wifi before the holidays?

Hey @Naima1,
unfortunately I am not able to fasten things up.
Since the fiber-order on your address is a larger one, your landlord should have a special contact he can talk to if questions occur.
So you can try and ask your landlord for help to find out, when your fiber-connection gets activated.
