Ich brauche für eine Anbieterwechsel die Glasfaser ID.

Diese ist nicht auf der Glasfaserdose beschriftet, anscheinend war diese damals nicht notwendig.

Der Anschluss ist aktiv und ich frage mich warum diese ID mir nicht mitgeteilt werden kann?
