I made an order for fiber optic internet connection on November 12th and got a confirmation email including a link for glasfaser-portal on the same day.

On glasfaser-portal, under "Bestellung" it says like this:

"Ihren Auftrag für einen Glasfaser-Anschluss haben wir am 12.11.2025 erhalten.

Voraussichtliche Fertigstellung

Es wurde für den 17.02.2026 ein Termin zur Installation der Glasfaser-Dose vereinbart."

But it's "checked" and my order seems to be in "Installationstermin" step.

Since 17.02.2026 is way too late to use internet properly, I visited a telekom store near my apartment. They said that it seemed to be scheduled on that day even on their portal system, so I should send an email to telekom via the contact form. I did it on the next day.

However, yesterday when I just tried to "re-create" an order just to check the increased amount of cashback, not like last time, I could see a message saying like this "the installation for telekom glasfaser box at this address is between 20.11.2025 and 10.12.2025."

But I still couldn't get any message or email from telekom - I even don't know my customer number.

Does it mean that the estimated installation date is between 20.11.2025 and 10.12.2025?

Also, I've heard that I might be able to use free 4G / 5G internet from telekom before we have internet connection in our apartment. Is it really possible? If it is, how can I apply for it?
