Around two years ago, we signed up for a Glasfaser (fiber-optic) internet contract with a promised speed of 1,000 Mbps. However, despite paying the full agreed monthly price for the 1,000 Mbps package, we are still only receiving around 100 Mbps.

We have been paying for a service that we have not actually been receiving for almost two years. This is extremely disappointing and, quite frankly, unfair to us as customers.

We would like to know why the promised fiber-optic connection has still not been properly provided and when this issue will finally be resolved.

We expect Telekom to offer us a fair solution. This should include either:

• Providing the 1,000 Mbps connection we originally signed up for as soon as possible.
• A reasonable reduction in our monthly bill until the promised service is available.
• Appropriate compensation or a refund for the difference in service over the past two years.

We have been patient for a long time, but we do not believe it is acceptable to continue paying the full price for a service we are not receiving.

Please take this complaint seriously and provide us with a concrete solution and a clear timeframe for resolving the issue.
