Home internet/Festnetz doesn't work.

One day my home internet just stopped working. Tried calling support. After giving a phone number an automated voice said a professional from customer service would call in the next 2 hours. Nobody called, even 1 day after. Today I went to my local Telekom to ask why my internet has not been working. The lady there told me 3 payments have not been paid. This does not make sense as my Telekom bills me automatically every month thru my bank and I have a bill from each month. The last bill I paid was a few days ago and it was a couple of days away from the paying deadline (the bill was paid in timely manner). The lady at the reception than suggested that the money has not processed/register. This, again, doesn't make any sense because it would make no sense that money would not go through for 3 whole months, especially when I have payment receipts in my bank app. Because of this, I asked the person in reception to just give me the missing bills and I would pay them and ask my bank for the money back, but she said she can't do that for me. Customer support is not calling me back, whatsapp customer support does not seem to respond back at all for hours. I supposedly did not pay the bills that I have receipts for and no one seems be willing to give me the bills so I can pay whatever billings have supposedly been "missed".

The issue were two automatic withdrawal attempts that bounced back. As discussed I mailed you the invoices and detailed payment information.
Your username is your complete email address and I would suggest that you change it to something different in regard to data security and privacy.

Thanks for the pleasant talk. I'm glad that it works now. It's unfortunate that there seems to be some issues regarding the linking of the contracts in the "Kundencenter" right now. Let me know how it behaves later. Kind regards, ^Martin
