Thank you for your contribution.
You can also easily do this in the customer center:
https://www.telekom.de/kundencenter/vertrags-details?c=VEIwNzcwNTY4NTY1
You then go to "My contract data" and then click on the "Cancel contract" button at the bottom right.

have you already tried to cancel your contract via the customer center aka "Kundencenter" using the way @Marcel2605 described earlier?
