horrible service DO NOT TRUST

TWO TIMES YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSURED ME MY PHONE NUMBER WAS CORRECT ON FILE AND THAT THE TEKNITION WOULD RING MY BELL. I AM GOING TO LOSE MY JOB ON YOUR BEHAF. I HAVE BEEN NOW TOLD MULTIPLE TIMES THAT A TEKNITION WAS COMING HAD MY PHONE NUMBER AND WOULD CALL ME. NEVER HAPPENED. I WANT COMPENSATION AND FOR SOMEONE TO REACH OUT TO ME TO ASSURE ME THIS TIME WILL BE DIFFERENT AND THAT MY INTERENT WILL BE INSTALLED. IT IS UNNACCEPTABLE. I HAV WASTED 16 HOURS WAITING FOR YOUR INCOMPETENT TEKNITION WHO HAS NEVER ONCE RANG MY BELL OR CALLED ME ON ARRIVAL.

      Welcome to the community. Can you please explain in more detail what the problem is? Did you order an Internet connection that has not yet been set up? If so, when did you order the Internet connection and have you already received an order confirmation?

      without even knowing what you have ordered, it is really hard to help you out. Have you got an order confirmation with more details that you could share? When did you receive the technician appointment, what happened afterwards?

      of course you don't have to pay for the line until it works.  

       

      Your correct phone number has been noted five times in the ticket now, and there is an urgent note for the technician to hold the appointment.

       

      The technicians who were there at the two former appointments wrote that they didn't reach you by phone, but it might be that they took the wrong number that was originally recorded in the ticket. 

       

      I made a remark, too, that you were writing here and that it is really important that you'll get connected on Saturday.

      I’m sorry but this is garbage. I of course will not pay until it is connected but expect compensation on my further bills for your mistake, I am already researching other providers. I called customer services Saturday and they assured me that my number was now correct and the teknition would ring my bell. I didn’t trust this on tuseday (at my second appointment) so while waiting I called customer service and was assured my phone number was correct and that the teknition would ring my bell and come. He didn’t. You couldn’t even send someone that day or the next day but make me wait until Saturday and waste another entire day. How is this ok? Your company is at fault not once but twice and I have been lied to all 5 times my “number was changed”  I do not trust he will come Saturday and I would like someone to reach out to me and tell me how they will solve this and compensate me asap and in English.

      I will not stop leaving reviews and informing the public about how fraudulent your company is until I am compensated and my internet is connected at once. If you could do this at 8am tomorrow great. Waiting until Saturday is neither my choice or fits into my schedule (I have already fit you into my schedule and wasted time and money and risk losing my job twice)
