How to Cancel Telekom contract?

Hello I need help to cancel the telekom contract. I have submitted the form online many times and already moved out of Germany on November 1st. I even received email confirmation that my contract was terminated but until now Telekom is still billing me. It's a nightmare. I am not able to call the 800 phone number from abroad. How can I cancel the contract?

I am not able to call the 800 phone number from abroad.
It is normal that there is AT LEAST one further invoice once the contract has been terminated. More frequently there will be two - and sometimes three. This is due to the fact that at the time of termination there can still be charges for call-by-call phone calls that are sent to Telekom by the call-by-call companies delayed. The last one will include a refund.
However some people do not terminate the rental contract for hardware in an appropriate way, so that the rental contract will not be terminated.
What is Telekom billing in your case?

By the way... could be that the last submission will be used for calculation of the termination date (which is one month after submission)

Hey Thank you so much. You are so helpful. I appreiciate your comments very much. I cancelled the contract in the end of October for the termination date on November 11. Anyhow I will call the +49 number to make sure that it's cancelled and keep you posted about it. Have a lovely weekend

I am in the same situation. I was assured by the staff at the TMobile shop that I'd be able to deregister after sending the Abmeldung online. However, after sending the Abmeldung, I received an email that said "Sie erreichen uns unter 0800 676 712, von Montag bis Freitag zwischen 8 und 18 Uhr – wir sind gerne für Sie da!" I am currently abroad AND I do not speak German, so I cannot call the 0800 number (the other number for outside Germany calls also has a German message). Can someone help me figure out how I can cancel my contract?

Please make sure you have your customer-number (German Kundennummer) and the last six digits of your IBAN ready, so we can legitimate you during the call.

Due to the fact that you moved abroad and sent us the required documentation I've adjusted the cancellation date to the 01st August 2024. You will receive a updated confirmation via email.
