Cancel contract after moving

Hi!
A year ago I contracted optic fiber for my previous WG. I've recently moved to another apartment on my own and the building doesn't have access to optic fiber. How can I cancel the contract? As far as I know, if the same service can't be offered, the contract can be cancelled.

As the contract is a change of provider and has not yet come into effect, I have forwarded the cancellation to our specialist department.
