Cancel contract after moving

Hi!

A year ago I contracted optic fiber for my previous WG. I've recently moved to another apartment on my own and the building doesn't have access to optic fiber. How can I cancel the contract? As far as I know, if the same service can't be offered, the contract can be cancelled.

    Please fill in your profile details so that the Telekom-Hilft team can contact you:
    a) Click on your avatar at the top right.
    b) Select "My settings".
    c) Enter your customer number and telephone number and under "Further information" enter a time slot for a callback.
    d) For identification purposes, please have the last 6 digits of your IBAN ready.

    Then please leave a short message here.

    Thank you very much for the pleasant conversation earlier 🙂 As discussed, I have deposited the proof of relocation. As the contract is a change of provider and has not yet come into effect, I have forwarded the cancellation to our specialist department. They will then get in touch with you and discuss the cancellation with you 🙌🏽🙂
