Unable to cancel contract due to moving abroad

Hello. I filed the “Moving abroad” form at Telekom.de after moving from Germany so I could cancel my Mobilfunk contract. I did that the 16th of February (20 days ago). I received an automated email immediately as a confirmation.
Now it’s the 7th of March, and no response. I had and agent on the chat inform me that “there was an answer on the way” and another two who either did not understand or couldnt do anything. One agent terminated the chat without giving me a chance to reply.
Upon calling the hotline, the agents either do not speak English or cannot help me since they have no info on the case.
So my situation is:
I’m stuck in a contract with a phone number from a country I do not live in, neither agents via chat nor phone can help me. No response to my cancellation form. This is hardly customer service, this is customer torture.
