Cancellation of contract as moving abroad

I have been a customer for 21 years and now have to move urgently back to the UK.  I need to cancel the contract but do not have the de registration document as not moving until 16 July.  I have tried to get an appointment at the  auslanderbehorde office however it is not until after I have left.  In order to cancel the contract and in view that the de registration document takes a considerable amount of time would you accept my contract for my new home in the UK as proof that I am leaving.  Also I need to close the internet from the date of moving and it is impossible to do this without the de registration document.  Supposedly you have to close your bank account in person before leaving so how can I pay the amount due if no bank account.  I am so frustrated after being a loyal customer for 21 years and Telekom seem reluctant to help.
