How to change technician appointment date

Hello,
I recently ordered a package DSL. Telekom set an appointment date. on that day, I am busy. I have chatted with an agent and she changes the new date but I did not get any email or SmS. how can I notice the date is changed?

The date of the appointment got changed to the 14th of January 2021. Is that correct?

No, I am busy on 14.01.2021. your colleague said to me the date change to 18.01.2021. 18.01.2021 is good for me.
