Hybrid LTE option cancellation (magenta zuhause M)

Hello ladies and gentlemen,

 

just like the other person here LTE -Speedoption-M-kuendigen/td-p/3787679" target="_blank">https://telekomhilft.telekom.de/t5/Telefonie-Internet/ LTE -Speedoption-M-kuendigen/td-p/3787679 I had my hopes of getting better broadband connectivity with a freshly ordered speedport pro vdsl/lte modem.

 

Unfortunately, enabling the cell network wireless only degrades the overall performance, with adding little to no bandwidth benefits.

I've searched the self-service DT pages back and forth looking for the cancellation button, but couldn't find one Traurig

 

Please help me out to terminate this additional tariff option.

      Hello @purrtractor ,

       

      please note that the option "Hybrid LTE " has a minimum contract period of three months. It is automatically extended by one month at a time, if not terminated with a notice period of six working days at the end of the respective term (see chapter 2.9). If you cannot find the option in Kundencenter, I would use this link and check "Sonstige Option". As I am not using this option I cannot provide you a direct link to configure/cancel it in Kundencenter.

      Hello @skorpion, thanks for your reply.
       

      Yes, I can find the option on the customer portal, and the necessary drop-down menu item is present. However, when clicking on it, a generic page is opened listing the additional options available for purchase, which is not relevant in my case.

      And I'm still in my 14-day initial usage period, so hopefully this won't end up with a 3-months pay-for-what-you-dont-use scenario 😄

      @purrtractor : Did you try using another browser like Microsoft Edge? I sometimes experience that Kundencenter does not load sites in Google Chrome but does in Edge.

      The hybrid option will be cancelled on 26.10., on 27.10. I will call you again and we will talk about the line upgrade.
      You can cancel the Speedport Pro via telekom.de/retoure
      For this you need the delivery note number ( Lieferscheinnummer )and the postal code.
