I cannot log into my account anymore that I've had for almost two years

I have been a customer with Telekom for almost two years and have logged in to my account online many times. I have tried to log in today and it does not work. The system says my email cannot be found, and does not recognize my username. 

I have been receiving my bills to my email like normal and paying them like normal, but I am restricted from logging in.

What can I do?

      @McKenzie McMullan Are you trying to log in to the MeinMagenta app and it's not working? Is there an error message? If so, what exactly does it say? What happens if you log in to the customer center via the website instead?

      So you are a fixed line customer and you cannot log into https://www.telekom.de/mein-magenta-kundencenter  ?
