@McKenzie McMullan Are you trying to log in to the MeinMagenta app and it's not working? Is there an error message? If so, what exactly does it say? What happens if you log in to the customer center via the website instead?

Since one contract is a Mobile Business contract and the other is a private internet contract, it’s not possible to view both contracts in the same customer portal.
