I want to cancel my Glass fiber order and alongwith the switch request from current provider

Hi,
Please help to cancel my Glass fiber order which I had placed yesterday as a door salesman told me all the current internet contracts in my apartment needs to be changed as per landlord. I do not wish to change from current provider.
Please help with an English speaking customer care person to cancel my order.

Normally, you should receive another call from the external salesperson, during which you can already object. Otherwise, you will unfortunately have to wait until you receive the order confirmation from Telekom. You can then cancel the contract using the order number. Unfortunately, you fell for a salesperson who came to your door and told you a lot of nonsense.

Thanks, I tried the link but I could not find a customer number in my order receipts or files. Only order number and details.
I have already updated my number in my profile.

Since the sales rep was only there yesterday, that will probably be the number of the external company. You'll have to wait for the actual order confirmation from Telekom.
The order confirmation from Telekom also includes a corresponding form and information on cancellation.
