I want to submit my previous tenant name to Telekom for my o2 internet activation

Hi, I received a link from o2 with telekom's link that requested for my previous tenant's name so that they can activate the connection without an appointment. The link is expired now while I was waiting to find the name from my landlord. How can I submit it now?
