Initial DSL connection has not been set up

Recently I moved apartments, and from my understanding I had a right of special termination since the new apartment does not have fiber and the same speeds supported. Anyway that problem was solved old contract was canceled, and I made a new contract on 08.01 via Verivox.

I had a termin on 22.01, for which as a preparation I followed the email I received, found out leistungs-id and sent it via the link. Also I left my modem connected (a DrayTek one). I later asked the customer support if I had to be home, they assured me I did not. On 22.01 the technician called and said that I had to be home and that information was incorrect, so the termin was rescheduled to 25.01.

Funny enough even tough I ordered a 250mbps line, around 20.01 magically 100mbps connection appeared, without even inputting any PPPOE credentials.

On 25.01, the technician was 1.5 hours earlier than the agreed time, bu had a reschedule once more but luckily for the same day. He arrived, and changed some connections in the buildings telecom box. This took away the existing 100mbps connection, now the modem started receiving no DSL signal at all. He told me that he'd have to fix it on the street and would call me back again to ask if it worked. 1 hour later, I got the call but the line was still not working, after asking several times if it works, he told me something, which I am not so sure anymore if I understood correctly due to my German skills. I thought he was going to keep on working. After hearing nothing, I called the support and was told that the process was done and my connection would be activated on 02.02.

Close to 02.02, I was called by the support to make another termin for the connection. On 02.02, the technician did not come to the apartment, but called instead. After a very similar call, the technician asking several times if I see DSL light going on, and me not seeing it, we got stuck again in a similar place, without a connection and without knowing what the next step was.

Later though, my order got marked as completed. I still had no connection at all, and I know that it's not an issue inside the apartment or the modem because I briefly had that 100mbps connection.

I called the support on 02.02 again, which resulted into Storung 3XXXXXX. Callcenter told me that I'd get a call in the next 30mins for a vor-ort Termin. I never got that call. Instead the next morning I got a mysterious order processed email, as a result my contract disappeared from MeinMagenta all together. After a couple of hours, the Störung was marked as resolved, to which I immediately replied that it has not been resolved. Since then it has been in the status "Disposition".

Now I am in a position, where I don't have any idea when or if this will ever get resolved. Luckily I had asked the support for more data but if this is going to take longer, I'd prefer a PlusKarte for a month instead, so that I can use a spare phone I have as a backup source for my router.

My main ask from this post is to have some light on the sitatuation and possibly a plus karte.
