DSL connection not available

Sorry for writing in english but my german is pretty basic and I need to explain my problem in detail. On 23.05 a technician came to my apartment and setup the connection for Magenta zuhause young with speedport 3. Everything was working fine and I was able to browse the internet. The white LED lights on Status, Link, and online were all on and after a while the status LED would turn to green. But on sunday for about 8 hours the connection was lost. Only the status and WLAN LED were on and they were both white. Then somehow the connection was back again and the status LED changed to green. So I thought maybe it was just a temporary problem. But from yesterday, the same problem occoured again but this time the connection has not returned till now. I called the customer care hotline yesterday and they asked me to reset the router and try connecting again. I did that but it still didn't work. When I go to speedport.ip to put my credentials (connection number, T Online number) after resetting the router it says that either my wiring is incorrect or there is no DSL connection and it wont let me proceed futher. I don't know what the problem might be, because just a few days ago everything was working fine. If anyone could help me it would be much appreciated.
