Internet deactivation

Hello. So long story short , Telekom didnt take the money away from my bank account for the bills , and my internet got deactivated by them. I’ve sent the amount that i was supposed to , directly to their iban , and attached my kundennummer to it. It happend this morning , but the internet is still not working. I was trying to reach out to english customer support, but couldnt succeed , so i hope i can get some help here. Im worried about if i did the payment right , so if a telekom member could check that the money went throught correctly would be awesome. Ps. Sorry if u see any mistakes in my english.

Hi there, If the transfer was made today, it usually takes 2 to 3 days for the money to be posted. Only then will the connection be activated. A team cannot help here for so long. I advise you to set up a direct debit procedure in the future so that it is always debited automatically

Hello @ArnoldHorvath,
just as @Stefan and @Marcel2605 said, actually it is too early to see anything in your contract, so we need to have a little patience.
When the open amount has been paid, the internet will automatically be unlocked. But normally this takes a few days.
