I registered online for Magneta"L" on 1 May and was supposed to have Wifi available today, 8 May. The Internet access number can also confirm this. However, I have not yet been able to use the Internet.

According to the Internet access number:, I found out that I will be sent a separate notification of receipt of the contract, which can take up to three weeks. I also understand that if there are any problems with the contract registration, it will be delayed.
Are there any problems with my registration that would cause a delay?

      Welcome to the community.

       

      The order confirmation usually takes 2-3 weeks.

      You also have to check whether there are enough resources available. Enough fast DSL ports to activate your DSL.

      May 8th was just your desired date. Please be patient...

      Thank you for your answer. Your comments are helpful. The previous occupants of my current home also used the same Telekom Internet, so I believe the environment is fine.
      In any case, I will wait for the internet to continue to be available. I hope it will be available soon!

      You should definitely receive an official order confirmation. With a date as to when it will be activated.

      Correct. Telekom does a routine technical assessment if your desired line is feasible. You will be notified once that is done. There is no way to speed up this process.
