Internet in low speed or not working at all

I've been having issues with mi internet connection for the past weeks (if not months). I've been trying to solve it through the online check ups (resets, etc), but those didn't make a difference. I also tried calling the hotline, but I don't speak german and can't get through the menus. How can I get someone to help me here?
