Wi-fi not working even though all in green

My wi-fi suddenly stopped working around 12 am today for no particular reason. All icons on the router are green. I’ve tried unplugging and connecting, restarting etc multiple times but still no connection. It is not a device specific issue as I’m not able to connect any of my devices to it.
Both the Wi-fi and Internet symbols on the router are green though.
I have the speed port 4 black router.
Could I please get some support? thanks!

Sounds like a hardware problem.
Is it a rented Speedport Smart 4? Then you can ask for a replacement.
If you rather bought the router then maybe you are still within the initial 12 months period during which your legal rights also allow a free of charge repair/replacement.
If connecting via Ethernet cable and logged into the speedport.ip address I hereby assume that the user interface claims as well that WLAN ist activated...

Hi Timur, unfortunately I’ve run into a problem again.
I had a placed an order with your colleague, yes, but I had also placed an order last week on check24 - I thought that were now two orders so I cancelled the one from check24.
Im not sure if my order from today was cancelled as well - the order number is 80324469805.
If it has been cancelled, could I have it reinstated? Could you please call me again so we can get this sorted? thanks!

we can't just reinstate the order since you used the 3rd party portal from check24. If you want those conditions again you have order via check24 again.
