Internet not working

My internet stop working today, there's a yellow light blinking with the message "bitte prüfen Sie die verkabelung mit der anleitung 

 

I can't speak to no one in english and I need it for my work, any idea how solve it? Thanks is advanced

      Which router is used?

      Which tariff is booked?
