Internet order accepted and failed at the same time?

Hello,

I ordered an internet package with Telekom, and right after ordering installed the MeinMagenta App. I checked the order tracking for the new contract and modem, but it said: Order entered, Order accepted, Order failed, in that order. Does this mean the order is cancelled now? Why did my order fail and how do we fix this?

      As discussed I just ordered the MagentaZuhause XL and the Speedport Smart 4 for rent.
