Order for new connection shown as cancelled?

I just made a new order for DSL wifi in my home. I checked the My Magenta app and it shows that my order was accepted and then it shows that it failed. I tried the in-app support, and the chat agent asked me for my Kundennummer which I have not received anywhere and is nowhere in the app (there is an order number though). So what is the status of my order? I'm confused.
