Internet outage

Hello, 

I have been trying the English help number at 08003301080 and it just gives me a message that it’s busy. This has been going on for two days now. My internet went out Thursday and I opened a trouble ticket but have not been contacted and have been unable to get someone that speaks English at the regular help desk number. Any help would be welcomed.

      thank you for the nice telephone call.

      I set an appointment for a technician on Thursday (July 2nd). It would be fine if you could tell us here after the appointment if everything is fine again.

      Thank you for your help. Technician just left and we have working internet again.
