You’ve already received some useful tips from other users.
Using a FRITZ!Repeater with the Speedport 7 is not recommended.
Please remove it completely from your home network and then test the connection after you have also disconnected the router
from the mains for at least twenty minutes. How does it look then?
Instead of the FRITZ!Repeater, I recommend the Wi-Fi extender compatible with the Speedport 7:
