iPhone taucht nicht im Router GUI als verbundenes Gerät auf

Hallo, ich habe einen Smart 4. Ich möchte das iPhone von meinem Sohn ab 22:00 Uhr im WLAN sperren. In der Liste aller verbundenen Geräte in der Mein Magenta App finde ich jedoch keines unserer iPhones in der Geräteliste . Somit kann ich das Gerät nicht sperren. Woran liegt das?
