Nein.......es ist ein HÜP (Hausübergabepunkt) für Kabelfernsehen.
Auf dem Kabel steht "1KX", steht für ein Koax-Paar. Auf dem Gehäuse rechts ist ein Bild, wie das Koaxkabel abisoliert werden muss.
