Hello,

Technician came to my flat and installed glassfiber yesterday. I registered the modem and activated. After I got SMS that I could use router, I connected to my wifi router to the modem and configured everything.

But still no internet connection. 

I did everything like restarting, factory reset, changing cables..etc but no internet connection.

Can you help me with this?
