Komme nicht mehr in die Bedienoberfläche meines Smart 4 und in Speedhome wifi?

Habe mich schon mehrmals über die Störungshotline bei Ihnen gemeldet .

Jeder erzählt mir was anderes und der Auftrag wird als erledigt eingestuft obwohl die Probleme nich behoben sind.
