Kündigung des Vertrages

- I Ich habe derzeit einen 2-Jahres-Vertrag für meine Telekom Dal Breitband-Internetverbindung. Ich werde Ende Februar nächsten Jahres (2025) in ein Studentenwohnheim ziehen, um mein Studium an der Universität zu beginnen. Das Studentenwohnheim verfügt über eine zentrale Internetverbindung und es sind keine privaten Internetverbindungen erlaubt. Ich möchte meinen aktuellen Vertrag bis Ende Februar 2025 kündigen. Auch da ich nächstes Jahr Student bin, wird es schwierig sein, 38 Euro pro Monat für eine zusätzliche Internetverbindung zu bezahlen. Bitte zeigen Sie mir, wie ich diesen Vertrag kündigen kann.

Wann wurde der Vertrag abgeschlossen?
A) Mindestvertragslaufzeit läuft bis Februar ab:
Kündigung geht zB am einfachsten über das Kundencenter oder über das Formular:
-Formular Kündigung-
Oder im -Kundencenter-
unter "meine Vertragsdaten"
Dort unten auf den Button "Vertrag kündigen".
B) Mindestvertragslaufzeit noch nicht abgelaufen bis Febr. 25:
Wenn die MVLZ bis Februar nicht um ist, und der Vertrag läuft 2025 noch etwas länger, könntest du ggf von der Sonderkündigung Gebrauch machen.
Das muss aber die Telekom feststellen
, nur weil am neuen Wohnort einen Anschluss bereits gibt, kannst du nicht vorzeitig aus dem Vertrag
Dazu musst du einen Umzug beantragen, mit bestehenden Tarif.
Die Telekom kann auch eine zweite TAE setzen, wenn es umsetzbar ist.
Es gibt 2 Optionen:
Zu Punkt 1:
Bei vorhandenem Telekomanschluss kann aus Kulanz eine Haushaltszusammenführung gemacht werden.
Dazu das Kontaktformular ausfüllen:

Dazu diese Punkte auswählen (siehe Spoiler):
Zu Punkt 2:
Das geht bei der tel. Hotline, im Telekomshop. oder auch selber online
Wenn der Anschluss 1:1 nicht umsetzbar ist, besteht ein Sonderkündigungsrecht von 1 Monat.
Sonst wird geschaltet mit den bisherigen Konditionen ohne neue Laufzeit

Du musst aber bitte so oder so einen Umzug beauftragen, nicht zum Ende der MVLZ kündigen.
Sonst blockierst du den Anschluss für den Nachmieter
Ist dein Vertrag älter als 24 Monate, kannst du, (nach neuem TKG seit 01.12.21), jederzeit sofort mit einer Frist von 1 Monat kündigen.
Dazu einfach nach meiner ersten Anleitung (Punkt A) kündigen

Ich ziehe in ein Studentenwohnheim mit einer zentralen Internetverbindung. Auch externe Verbindungen sind nicht erlaubt, da es sich um einen Universitätsschlafsaal handelt. Es gibt auch keine DSL-Verbindungen in jedem Zimmer des Wohnheims. Also brauche ich eine Kündigung. Bei Bedarf kann ich einen Brief von der Verwaltung des Wohnheims bekommen.

Das hab ich ja beschrieben oben, was zu tun ist.
Wenn die 2-Jares-Laufzeit bis Februar eh zu Ende geht, kannst einfach kündigen, wie ich in Punkt A beschrieben habe.
Wenn es länger dauert, die reguläre Vertragslaufzeit, dann Punkt B beachten.
bei Anschluss eines Fremdanbieters, kann die Telekom eine 2. Dose setzen, da in diesem Fall keine Sonderkündigung gilt. Nur, wenn es technisch nicht möglich ist, dort einen weiteren Anschluss zu setzen, bzw der bestehende Tarif aufgrund Ressourcenmangel, Leitungslänge, usw., nicht 1:1 umgesetzt werden kann!
Das wäre der 2. Punkt
Dann dürfte es das erfolgen, was ich nun im Zitat unterstrichen hatte.

My contract doesnt end at February 2025. In my case , it will be technically not possible for a telekom connection at student dormitory. So what will be the procedures , i should follow , for the termination , in this case. Do i have to first request for move, before termination, in this case.

Since we can't move your contract to the new address we can cancel it before the original contract period ends. As agreed you inform me here as soon as you have a fixed date for your move.

the dormitory only has wifi and lan connections which is the university wifi. There are no DSL or cable connections in the rooms.
