Kündigungsformular funktioniert nicht

Hallo zusammen,

leider funktioniert das Festnetz-Kündigungsformular nicht (Kündigung zum Vertragende). Es wird folgende Fehlermeldung ausgeworfen:

Invalid CORS request

Könnte sich bitte mal jemand darum kümmern und hier eine kurze Rückmeldung geben (bitte hier, nicht per Telefon).
