Limitierte Hybrid 5G Bandbreite seit Speedport Smart 4 Typ A Update 010139.4.0.002.1

Hallo zusammen,
seit dem Update auf 010139.4.0.002.1 auf dem Speedport Smart 4 Typ A bekomme ich über Hybrid 5G im Download nicht mehr als exakt 40 Mbit/s (jeweils über DSL & 5G Bonding oder nur 5G ).
Zuvor (mit Update 010139.3.5.002.0) waren dies Tageszeitabhängig ca. 70 bis 140 Mbit/s.
Die Upload-Bandbreite scheint hiervon nicht betroffen zu sein.
Woran könnte dies liegen?
