macOS and DNS issue with Speedport Smart 4 router

Hello,
My apologies for this post in English, unfortunately, my German is not fluent yet.
I have an issue that is very close to https://telekomhilft.telekom.de/t5/Telefonie-Internet/DNS-Adresse-MacbookAir-an-Speedport-S3/td-p/5207954 . When I use Macbook Pro ( OS Monterey v12.4) I cannot do web surfing due to DNS resolving issues. Ping command to any IP address is always successful, however, nslookup fails with the following error:
nslookup cnn.com
/AppleInternal/Library/BuildRoots/b6051351-c030-11ec-96e9-3e7866fcf3a1/Library/Caches/com.apple.xbs/Sources/bind9/bind9/lib/isc/unix/socket.c:2132: internal_send: fe80::1%6#53: Network is down
;; connection timed out; no servers could be reached
My DNS settings by default configured in the following way:
If I remove IPv6 DNS server address and provide only 192.168.2.1 everything works fine, the problem is only that WLAN configuration in macOS is not network specific, and if I connect to any other WLAN outside the home, I need to change the settings to default.
My suspicion is that browser or OS tries to use IPv6 DNS server address to resolve DNS name which fails and after that tries to use IPv4 address which is usually successful.
An interesting point is that I have issues only with macOS, other devices at home work fine.
I am wondering who has faced the same issue with macOS? Any workaround?

Yes, indeed I am using Cisco AnyConnect 😊
But I cannot simply delete it, since it is my corporate laptop and I need it to connect to the corporate network.😊
Any other possible workarounds?

unfortunately not, I do not have any experiences with AnyConnect. Maybe there is a Cisco community?
google shows several results for

Maybe something useful is there.

That’s not true, when using DHCP aka Automatic setting every WLAN/LAN connection is unique.
192.168.2.1 and as well FE80::1 is your Speedport. If FE80::1 is not working you may have a problem with your IPV6 network settings. Please check if everything is set to automatic.

Thanks for the reply.
That is true for default automatic configuration, but if want to configure only IPv4 DNS settings, I need to use '+' button to define "192.168.2.1" address and in this case, automatic configuration will be disabled.
