Magenta L nur 10 MBit statt 100 MBit VDSL

Hallo,

die derzeit verfügbare Datenrate liegt bei 10Mbit im Download, laut Breitbandmessung Bundesnetzagentur, bei einem VDSL 100 Anschluß.

Router reset bringt hier keine Abhilfe. 

Ich hoffe hier auf eine schnelle Lösung.
