Magenta XL Fritz!Box 7530 no DSL synchronisation every 10-15 minutes

vor 5 Jahren

Hello everyone,

I am sorry about this post in English but I just moved here and my German is very poor. I am coming here with hopes that you can help me solve my current problem with my Internet connection. I have a Magenta XL package and a Fritz!Box 7530 that I use to connect to the network. Since the new connection started (two days ago, I just moved to this apartment) I experience "Keine DSL-Synchronisierung" every 10-15 minutes. Then the router takes 1-5 minutes or more to get back online. This happens day and night. From the logs of the router, I see that after each reset, the ISP will allocate a new IP address to the router. The IP Gateway and DNS are always the same, only the IP is different. The IPs are not even in the same network, there are IPs starting with 87.162..., 217.248...., 91.51.... etc. I tried changing settings in the router to make it more resilient, limit DSL Sync rate, updating Fritz!Box to the latest OS and still the issue persists. Also, in the contract it says maximum 250Mb and the box and all the tests that I run couldn't pass over 32Mb. I don't know what other things to try before calling customer service. I attached a few screenshots with the box.

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Dear @Anna J.

I can confirm that the technician was here this morning. He fixed the problem with the line and now the network speed test shows values of 250Mb or above, which is great. I will continue monitoring the stability of the network and hopefully everything will be fine 🤞 .

Thank you for fixing it in this short time.
