MagentaZuhause L: Nur Download Geschwindigkeit von 65 MBit/s

Hallo Telekom Team,

seit heute habe ich den Glasfaseranschluss "MagentaZuhause L".

Die gemessene Download Geschwindigkeit beträgt aber nur 65 MBit/s mit LAN-Kabel (siehe Anlage).

Sollte aber sein: Download: Max. 100 MBit/s, Normal 90 MBit/s, Min. 80 MBit/s

Könnt Ihr das bitte einmal nachprüfen.
