MagentaZuhause Schnellstart device gives msg 'keine netzwerk' or registration failed.

I received MagentaZuhause Schnellstart device yesterday. and whatever I tried to do with it, it gives msg 'keine netzwerk' / 'No service' or registration failed. Please let me know what should I do with it?

There is absolutely no info on how to set it up new device or how to solve this error. Should I put it in water? Should I throw it from the roof? I must say very poor customer service effort by Telekom. I was calling customer service whole day today, no one picks call. I scheduled call back serve 3 times, no one called back. Just pathetic and shameless behaviour.
