My Magenta ZuhauseM is not up

The technician came last Tuesday September 11, but I can't have any service. No internet or phone.

I told them, I am using my ASUS Router, that I bought in multimedia here in Germany but it says: the connection status is not active

Has been checked whether it is compatible with Telekom's connections?
