Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
The Utiq technology is privacy centric to give you choice and control.

Allerdings kann man mit dem Stick und/oder der App nur NDR HD allgemein empfangen und nicht regional den Hamburg-Kanal.

Merkst was?
Fernsehen ist immer noch Ländersache. Die Verbreitung der Dritten in HD wird nur über DVB-T2 sichergestellt.

Nein, ich merke nichts!
Wenn ich in HH wohne, kann ich doch wohl erwarten, dass "mein" Regionalprogramm in HD ausgestrahlt wird.
Und, wie gesagt, es liegt ja in HD vor.
Ich empfinde es wirklich als vorsintflutlich, diese Inhalte in SD zu senden.
Aber anhand deiner Antwort vermute ich, dass sich das auch nicht ändern wird.

Wird es doch. Die Grundversorgung schreibt nur kein Verbreitungsweg vor.
NDR-HH (N3) wird großflächig vom von den Grundnetzsendern des Norddeutschen Rundfunks verbreitet. Somit ist die Grundversorgung sichergestellt.
Die Telekom ist als Privatunternehmen nicht dazu verpflichtet alle Dritten Programme in HD bereitzustellen - da es wie schon erwähnt Ländersache ist. Und zwar seit 1949.
