Unfortunately, I don't speak German ;(
I have a contract for DSL connection with Magenta Zuhause XL. I'm moving to another city and ordered the relocation service online. The online check said everything was OK.
But later I received e-mail:
sie haben uns einen Umzugswunsch mitgeteilt.
Leider können wir ihnen den bestehenden Tarif an der neuen Adresse nicht anbieten.
Bitte rufen Sie uns zur Klärung gerne an unter 08003301000.
Relocation is not possible? Or it will be another speed? What should I do? my contract ends in 1 year.

Ok if it is not possible to make the same connection at yor new location the contract well be canceld faster.
I think you must wait for Telkom Help Team here so thad they can check your new location for a diverent DSL contract (possible or not)
Have you checked for other Providers or internet connection at you new location?

Since you need the speed you currently have, you'd have to book a new contract with a different provider on your new address 😕 Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver the speed you require in your new home.
I'll take care of the cancellation and send you the documents for everything. If you need further assistance, please let me know.
