Network unavailable Netzwerk nicht verfügbar

My network has been unavailable since 9 a.m. today.
I've tried troubleshooting (https://www.telekom.de/hilfe/hilfe-bei-stoerungen/leitungspruefung), rebooting the router, and other options, all of which have been ineffective. So I'm wondering if I can't connect to the internet because of a local line failure (I'm in Göttingen).

Mein Netzwerk ist seit heute Morgen um 9 Uhr nicht mehr verfügbar.
Ich habe die Fehlerbehebung (https://www.telekom.de/hilfe/hilfe-bei-stoerungen/leitungspruefung), den Neustart des Routers und andere Möglichkeiten ausprobiert, die alle erfolglos geblieben sind. Ich frage mich also, ob ich aufgrund eines lokalen Leitungsausfalls (ich bin in Göttingen) keine Verbindung zum Internet herstellen kann.

Hi Qumeng,
Thank you very much for your feedback. I have also taken another look at the ticket. According to the technician, the end line needs to be replaced by the homeowner because it is defective. As soon as the end line is renewed, you will get in touch again so that an appointment can be made again to connect the line to the house connection.

After a week of repairing the telephone line from the basement to my room, a gentle technician came today to help me reconnect to the internet. Everything works fine, network speed is been tested. Thank you very much.

But my network is working correctly now, I can connect to the internet, and the speed is 100Mpbs(which matches my contract). Could you please cancel that? I tried to cancel it in the URL by clicking "problem solved" button, but the webpage told me, "Your connection is not yet working properly. As agreed, our technician will visit you shortly."
