Jetzt wo die neuen Tarife verfügbar sind würde ich gern meinen Vertrag auf die höhere Upload Geschwindigkeit anpassen.

Kann es aber nicht im Kundenportal ändern. Könntet ihr das für mich übernehmen und umstellen?

Von 1000/200 auf 1000/500.
