Hello everyone. I made a new contract on Friday. I just got a letter but Router i still did not get it and i dont know where i can see the status. Thanks for helping. I did contract in a centre not online.

    The router is an option that needs to be ordered at an additional price - have you done that?

    Possibly best would be to get in touch with the shop

    Good day,
    the router can still come.
    If he doesn't come, tell the technician who will call you on the day of the connection.

    The technicians usually also have routers on the car. Or you contact the service once:

    Hi @Zadran,abdullahkhan,

     

    thank you for choosing us as your provider. If you have rented or bought router with your new contract normally it will arrive not later than two days before the start of your contract. If you don't find a router on your letter of confirmation let me know.
