Neuer Anschluss aber Router startet ständig neu

Hallo ich brauche mal Hilfe und zwar startet mein speedport Smart ständig neu . Also alle Lämpchen sind an für nicht mal 1 Minute , dann wieder neu startet ständig . Kann man mal meine Leitung prüfen oder liegt es an dem Router ?
