New customer needs help signing up from outside Germany

Hi, apologises for not speaking German, yet!
I am moving to Bonn later this month and would like to sign up for internet and a mobile contract to start when I arrive on 18th August. I can’t place an order online without a German phone number as the system won’t let me. I also can’t contact the English speaking hotline as I am currently in Switzerland. Is it possible to take the contracts out before I arrive? I have a German bank account and my apartment in Bonn used to be connect to Telekom. Thanks

No need to apologise for not speaking German!
Do you already know the exact tariff plan you want (connection speed, with our without TV) and have you checked what is available at your German address?
