Hi @Can Birant,
well I know that it is quite frustrating, but often we need a couple of days to give support in foreign languages. It is so, because not everyone of us is able to speak them. So "19:00" is unfortunately a not a timeframe which will work out.
But we will gladly call you, if you provide a timeframe in which we may call in the next days - is it maybe every day after 19:00?
And what would be your preferred language, English or Turkish?
