Hallo,
My new internet didnt start to work. With help of this portal, i can reach Telekom(they called me). They book me an appointment for technician. Until that day, they say , telekom send me a SchnellStarter internet.
Cargo was defined and we wait whole day at home. At 17:15 , i got a message, they couldnt find me at home? However, my whole family was also with me at home. I try to reach by texting in Facebook channel(as they told me) however that channel dont answer me despite they saw my message. What should i do now?

Hi @Can Birant,
well I know that it is quite frustrating, but often we need a couple of days to give support in foreign languages. It is so, because not everyone of us is able to speak them. So "19:00" is unfortunately a not a timeframe which will work out.
But we will gladly call you, if you provide a timeframe in which we may call in the next days - is it maybe every day after 19:00?
And what would be your preferred language, English or Turkish?
